Frank E. Skaw was born in Revere, Massachusetts and was raised in Western Montana. He graduated from Darby High School in 1979, attended the Montana School of Mines and attended the University of Montana where he studied the areas of accounting and finance.

Frank and his wife Lisa are the owners of CPS-Reliable Financial Group, which is located in Spokane, WA. CPS-Reliable Financial Group is a full service brokerage general agency and is affiliated with CPS Insurance Services, Inc. which represents most of the top life carriers in the brokerage community. Frank provides marketing, contracting and sales advice to over 1100 agents and brokers in 25 states.

Frank has over 24 Years of experience in the insurance industry, which is comprised of 8 years of personal production and 16 Years of agency management. He and his staff have helped affiliated agents and brokers put over 25,000 life, annuity, disability and long term care policies in-force during the past 20 years.

Frank is a current member of the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies “NAILBA” and a member of the Spokane Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors “NAIFA-Spokane”. Frank is a past president of NAIFA-Spokane and has served in many different capacities while being on the board of NAIFA-Spokane. Frank is a past member of the Million Dollar Round and during his years of personal production he received the National Quality Award “NQA” numerous times.

Frank has served on the St. Mary’s Advisory Council, the St. Mary’s Parents Club and has been active in helping to organize and support several charity events. Frank has been active in fund raising at Gonzaga Prep chaired the 3rd Annual G-Prep Golf Tournament and organized a Football Booster Club for Gonzaga Prep. In past years he has been active in coaching baseball, basketball and football teams in the Spokane Valley.

Frank E. Skaw and his staff have arranged and provided Continuing Education Seminars for hundreds of agents over the past 20 Years. He has been a speaker at several of these events and given motivational speeches as well as presented CE approved courses on topics such as Reverse Split Dollar, A Survival Guide To Estate Planning and Helping Your Client’s Understand Universal Life and The ABC’s and 123’s of Life Insurance to name a few.

Frank E. Skaw is married to Lisa Skaw his wife of 25 Years who is, also, his business partner of 20 years.
