Case Status Live provides you with 24X7 secure and confidential web access to your case data. See pending case data, licensing, contracting, and commission data; Use reporting functions available allowing you to display the full book of submitted and placed business; and Get all the information real-time.
Case Status Live is available to producers who have
a total of 5 pending and/or paid cases.
Once we match your name, or corporation's name, to the records in our agency management system, we will send you an email with the user name and password you need to use to access Case Status Live. This "sign up" process will take less than an hour, during normal business hours.
The web based software program is provided by EZ-Data - click here for information regarding Smart Office and EZ-Data. Seats on Smart Office are available to CPS-Reliable producers – details, benefits and more related information will follow soon.
